TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Governing Law

All transactions and interactions with Bad Empire are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in New York County, NYC.

2. Fraud & Chargebacks

Bad Empire has a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent chargebacks. If you initiate a chargeback for a legitimately delivered product, we will provide your bank with full GPS tracking data, signed delivery receipts, and security footage from the Diamond District (for local pickups).

Note: Attempting to reclaim funds for a delivered luxury asset is considered theft and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

3. Verification Protocol

Bad Empire reserves the right to request Identity Verification (Government ID) for any order. Failure to provide verification will result in immediate order cancellation and a full refund.
