Official Protocol for High-Value Assets

1. High-Value Insurance

All Bad Empire timepieces and custom jewelry are shipped via fully insured, private transit. Every package is insured for its full replacement value. We do not use standard "drop-off" services. Your asset is tracked via internal GPS from the moment it leaves the Diamond District until it reaches your hand.

2. Delivery & Signature

Mandatory Adult Signature Required. No exceptions. Packages will not be left at doorsteps, with neighbors, or at leasing offices. If an authorized adult is not present to sign, the package will be returned to a secured facility for pickup or redelivery.

3. Local Pickup (Diamond District)

Clients may choose to collect their orders in person at our NYC location: 37 W 47th St, Booth 33, New York, NY 10036.

Security Requirement: For local pickup, you must present the original credit card used for purchase and a matching government-issued ID. Digital copies are not accepted.

4. Processing Times

Ready-to-ship items are processed within 48 hours. Custom 3D Blueprint orders require 7-14 business days for design and initial setting before logistics are initiated.
